I am a Christian, a husband to Yana, and a father to Julius. I worship and serve as an elder at Life Pointe Eastside Church in Woodland, California. I am a preacher, a prosecutor, and a wedding party host. I was born in central Ukraine and live in Sacramento, California. My life is spread across 3 counties: Yolo, Sacramento, and Placer.

My ideal evening consists of a game night with friends and family, paddle boarding at Folsom Lake, or discussing the Word with friends. I am an extrovert and a restless creative. You can occasionally find me hanging out at a coffee shop in Downtown Sacramento. I am known for having a lot of passion and little sleep (it’s a work in progress).

The inspiration for this blog came from Hebrews 3:13, which states, “But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called ‘today,’ that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.” Exhortation is one of the Christian’s most powerful defenses against a hardened heart.

We’re called to exhort one another on a daily basis. I hope you leave this page with a lot to meditate on and more equipped to exhort the saints in your life. My prayer is that God uses the exhortations in this blog to keep you sober-minded and Christ-centered.
